We understand that purchasing items online can sometimes mean that it doesn’t satisfy its intention or you may need different sizing.

We offer exchanges and store credits on all full priced items that are returned within 21 days of purchasing, the product is unworn, and all tags are still attached.

Kindly note, we only offer refunds on faulty items.

In Victoria, consumer refund rights are governed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), requiring businesses to provide a refund, repair, or replacement for major product/service failures, regardless of "no refund" signs. Refunds are mandatory for unsafe, faulty, or incorrectly described goods, but generally not for change of mind.

We will refund your items should it have any major failures as defined below:

• Major Failures: If a product is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or has a major fault, the consumer chooses between a refund, replacement, or compensation.

  For any items with major failures, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost to return said item.

• Minor Failures: For smaller issues, you can choose to allow a repair, or replacement item.

We will exchange your item or provide a store credit for the below:

• Change of Mind: Retailers are not legally required to refund if a customer changes their mind, finds it cheaper elsewhere, or decides they do not like it. However, should you change your mind, we are happy to exchange your item or provide you with a store credit for the same value you purchased the item.

• Sale Items: Unfortunately we do not offer returns on sale items unless they have any failures as listed above.
